I have donated blood in the past, but for some unknown reason have been flagged as not eligible. I tried to call to get an explanation, but got hung up on. Tried to donate today for the first time in a long time. Turned away again with NO explanation. I won't waste my time or blood with your organization anymore.
First time I a not so good experience. I was supposed to donate platelets again today. It was supposed to earn me some money as a repeat donator. When they put the needle in they did not get it in correctly because it hurt horribly. So they stopped the donation and told me to go home. They left me with a horrible bruise and nothing else.
Today was my first time donating in 20 years, as I had a bad experience last time, and then just didn't get back. But I went with my wife and some friends, and it was an awesome experience. Christina checked me in and drew my blood. She was hilarious, and an absolute pro at making me feel at ease. Thank you, Christina! Also, the snacks. 🤌
Great donation location, staff is very fast and friendly!
