Walked into this place the day Paul opened the door. Paul and Kim are passionate about brewing and have great vision and entrepreneurial spirit. They've built a fantastic, customer service oriented business with their family and some very talented brewers. I am a loyal Ale Nation member.
Service is always poor, this brewery may be ranked number 1 in Nebraska but I can guarantee that it is not because of there service at the tap room
Loved the food and service. Very nice place and definitely going back!
They need a bartender who doesn't think champagne and cranberry juice is the hardest drink to make but otherwise good
Been to NBC four times and have always disliked the food and service but enjoyed the beer. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
