Drinking an Eos right now, had Cardinal a few weeks ago and this is easily becoming a favorite brewery. The can art is awesome, and the different style of can opening sets it apart, but the beers is the main attraction and its outstanding!
Was blown away by the Brewery and the taproom . They feature an amazing selection of year round brews, seasonals, and one-offs; they probably had the largest tap selection I've ever seen at a brewery. We were fortunate enough to get to see the entire facility and the canning line was the highlight. The Omaha/Nebraska brewing scene is legit, thanks largely to these guys.
What happenned to the beer-battered fries?? They were way better than the bowling alley quality fries that you've replaced them with. There have been a lot of bad changes to the food recently, and last time we were there, the flat-bread pizza tasted like a cracker. We used to drive half an hour out of our way for the food here, but I can't see us doing that anymore.
Great food, best spinach artichoke dip I have ever had! Best BLT as well! Great atmosphere and the beer was amazing! Brought three 6 packs to Michigan with us! We will stop in whenever we are in town!
Great beer, great environment. Just needs to be closer to the house.
