I have different experience than most of the reviews here. I had a free scheduled roof inspection on Friday evening as I am close to replacing my roof. 2 guys came in for inspection who were friendly, did all their job of inspecting roof and windows. Reached out to Near Me Roofing for some roof repairs because of all the great reviews. It was easy to make an appointment for a quote, communication was great, and Dimitri arrived on time. Then it started to get weird from there. He looked at the small roofing section above my garage first. Pointed out the issues.
