I dropped off my car at 6:45am to have a car inspection done and check tire pressure. When I came back at 3:45pm to pick my car, the service was not done. The manager stated that the machine has been having trouble the entire day. However, the customer before me just had a car inspection done. ( I happen to listen that she fail inspection) THEY ARE LIERS AND PROVIDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My car was there more than 7 hours and the service was never done?? We tried two different Jiffy Lubes after moving to Durham and ended up broken down on the side of 40 after some routine maintenance. Been so happy since switching to Neal's. They're always really nice, very up front about costs and will let you know before they do anything that will exceed what you expected to spend. Conveniently located. We will be customers as long as we're in Durham !
Had new tires and brakes installed on my truck. Excellent and prompt service with fair prices. Very pleased.

Excellent service always. Never have had a bad experience here, and have had numerous vehicles worked on at Neal's for over 10 years. From oil changes to major repair work, I have always been totally satisfied, not only with the mechanical work, but excellent customer service as well. Have referred many friends and family members and all are very satisfied with their experiences at Neal's as well.
