I will write entire story of our disastrous experience which had me in tears on behalf of our son a veteran whose vehicle we hoped to have repaired. A complete an utter failure by this garage.
Excellent service, fair pricing. I have been taking all of our families cars here for years. We live in Raleigh and choose to drive to Neal’s to get the work done. Will always choose a local shop over a big box!

RecommendedIf you're having trouble with your BMW and don’t want to pay the high price of repairs at the dealership, you should give the guys at Neal’s Garage a try. Let’s just say that persistence was the thing that finally paid off in getting my BMW working properly again. There was an issue with the repair/parts at first. The Service Manager, Scott, stood behind the original work and eventually tracked down the correct parts needed for the job.
