We have used Neal’s Garage a few times. I found them to be honest, creative, and just plain kind when it came to fixing our Ford. One fix was an A/C problem that two other garages had stuck us on and the other fix was a “flat-out broken down - what are we going to do” issue. Both jobs were reasonably priced but certainly not so cheap that you wonder what kind of operation that are running. I came to them on a recommendation from a social media group and am glad I did!

Customer service was amazing! I was working on limited time due to trying to make it to the DMV before they closed at 5pm. I had called several locations to try to get an inspection without success, and then I came across Neal's Garage online. Of course being new to Durham I was a little skeptical but I spoke with Scott and he reassured me that he could have me in and out in time to make it to the DMV before 5pm and also gave instructions on how to get there. Awesome customer service! I emailed them to help me with new tires and they helped me every step of the way. They got me the best deal for my car and were able to get it in the shop exactly the time I needed. Wonderful team with great prices!
