Neal's employees are friendly and helpful. Neal's company is not reliable nor responsible. I have called the company about a problem with their work on my gutters that they installed on my house. When I call Neal's and tell them about the problems they have promised me several times they would come and fix my gutters. I mean I have called several times. As of this day no one has showed up.
