quality of work . Henry not returning phone calls and won't stand behind his work . I still have 3 leaks and insurance sent out a engineer and said roof was installed poorly... Henry has the report and still does nothing....
We had them come out on August 11 and give us an estimate on siding and windows. He said he was very busy so he said give him a week for the estimate. I waited 3 weeks then called, talked to office and she was very rude, finally said I ask and get right back with you. Now it’s been over 5 weeks and still NOTHING, no call, no estimate and no contact what so ever! Very disappointed!!!

I’m a GC called to get a quote on 2 different houses couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge I even called in. Called and talked to Heather 3 times and still couldn’t get any where. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I took a day off work for an estimate because they couldn’t get out after I get off work. Called three times for over two weeks and couldn’t get the estimate. Only three basement hopper windows. Should be a pretty easy estimate. Thanks for wasting my time. I don’t recommend this company.
The staff at Neal’s is very easy to work with. Henry was very thorough with the estimate and Chris did a fantastic job installing our new windows. Would highly recommend them and look forward to having them complete future projects.
They have sided & roofed our home. When got home after work, would have never known they were there. No mess left & no bushes/plants damaged. Great job, call them if need any home improvements, won’t regret it!
Employees are friendly, but Very unreliable! Told me it would be a couple days for an Estimate, week later and hadn't even started on the estimate! Really? Not the type of company that I would want doing Anything for me!
Neal's did a great job on the roof the guys where very friendly and helpful.The gutter look great .They did such a good job we are having them come back out to install gutter protectors. Thank you for the great job! Virginia Vandall
