Ricky ****** was the 5th technician that came to my home in 14 months after Air Pro in Tad Wv did a horrible installation job. Mr. Payton diagnosed the problem right away and did not leave until my AC was working in top notch condition. Thank you Ricky and Teays Valley Service.

Terrible company, i bought a airconditioner 7 years ago and got service warranty. After the first year they started finding major problems. I would call and get a second opinion and found out they were overpriced and not necessary. I think they use the service warrenty just to find issues where they can scare the consumer into getting parts and labor not really needed. The last three times, they tried to sell a new unit, but it works fine. I had an issue with it not draining and leaking on the roof. They couldnt unplug the l... read more

I was pleased with the individual and process for developing an estimate. However, when I decided to add more work to the estimate and also had some questions, I could not get a response. I made two phone calls about six days apart and the receptionist said she would get in touch with the technician right away and that he would return my call. After I received no call, I sent an email asking for a response and got no reply. I guess they don't need the work.

I called the Pink Plumber to replace my hot water heater and they scheduled me for an appointment the next morning between 10 and 2 and told me they would call an hour prior to the arrival of my technician. Not only did they call an hour before, but also 30 minutes before to give me an update, the technician arrived at 10:10, exactly when they said he would. My Pink Plumber experience was awful! I was quoted about 5k and then charged me 8k. They tore up walls to perform a complete re plum of my house and left huge holes in my ceiling and walls. A rat the was under the house came inside through the holes! The worst part was that the brand new plumbing burst not once, but twice in 2 days! Water rained from the ceiling for 3 mins, soaking my floor, rugs and kitchen appliances until I could turn it off at the value. All this at 1am in the morning! They charge you upfront for an annual maintenace contract and then lose your correct contact information when it comes to scheduling. Then when the unit breaks down because it hasn't been serviced, they get to collect far more for repairs! Another trick they like to do is to tell you your unit is out of warranty when it's not. Call the manufacturer. The countdown on a unit in a new house is the date you buy the house, not whatever date the contractor bought the unit or whatever date the unit was manufactured.
