The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Neal was great. I would definitely refer friends and family here for their dental care needs.
After receiving a referral to your office, I made a phone call to inquire about scheduling an appointment for extractions. I found Amanda to be very attentive, pleasant, & very helpful. She went out of her way to ask Dr. Neal about some questions I had and they both quickly answered them. She went over my benefits & financial responsibility so there weren't any surprises. I have been seeing you guys for a couple of years now. I feel that Dr. Neal does excellent work and that he is knowledgeable and cares. I also like how friendly he and his staff are. I feel right home.
The hygienist who cleaned my teeth and did my new patient analysis was AWESOME! Never had a more gentle but thorough cleaning and she was able to spot all of my many random types of crowns, filings, etc., at first glance.
Everyone is Patient, kind, understanding, helpful, and warm. You can't find a better Dentist.
This was my first time there and I felt so comfortable and as if I had known these people always. Very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything. So, happy I finally found a great place for all my dental needs.
