People are great, and the lab work there is top-notch!
Wanted to share a great customer service experience we had with our territory manger, Kyrsten, who went above and beyond to serve our clinic. I have used NDX and Twin Cities Labs exclusively in the past and had great results. We had just opened up our clinic as a start up and needed to send our first case in. We realized we didn't have shipping labels. I emailed Kyrsten at the end of day to request and she promptly replied. Worst experience of my life . I’ve been waiting on my casts since MAY!!! 4 months and every day I call and they keep lying and lying and lying. I don’t know what to do any more my exam is in 10 days and I still have not received my casts and they say oh you will receive it tomorrow for the past 10 days!!! Never never ever try them
