This law firm has done something illegal and changed their name on Google to get fresh reviews. I had posted a bad review on Andrew Christofi as I regrettably hired him 5 years ago as my lawyer to negotiate a judgment which he then registered on my property. Imagine your own lawyer that you hired registers the judgment on your property. The worst lawyer ever. This was our second time engaging Peter Tsuluhas for a real estate transaction, as we had no issues with the purchase of our first home six years ago. Unfortunately, this experience was entirely different. Peter was fully aware we were closing on another property the following day, making this a highly time-sensitive transaction.
