I would not recommend this role to any experienced property manager. I can’t speak to NDC Asset’s other portfolios, but I would strongly advise against the Florida properties. The Regional Manager essentially functions as the on-site manager. The level of micromanagement is extreme — you can’t make even minor decisions without her approval.
