can't get covid-19 test results right to save their lives. Lost tests hundreds of them, wont give any direct answers and is hiding the screw up!! where are the results?

Dr Frank is fantastic. He does not sugar coat the information and tells you exactly what you need to do to save your own life. We really appreciate him after saving my husbands life a couple times now. Highly recommend.
Very rude and disrespectful staff in the ER. Doesn’t seem to care that there are people that wait 3+ hours in agony. Was very disappointed and upset when we felt like we had to leave before we got seen. :(
