I am writing this hoping it will be constructive criticism. I just had to wait on a phone call for 32 minutes to reschedule and appointment that you rescheduled but was inconvenient. I didn't mind waiting , but every minute a recording would say "are you still there?'' requiring me to say "yes.". I realize this is probably a little thing but it was the most annoying wait time I have ever spent.
