Our friend was transported this afternoon at 4pm to the downtown NCH as he was in distress (heart problems ?). His wife was not allowed to transport or visit him given the corona environment. She doesn't speak great English so my wife has been trying to contact NCH.. Here it is .. 5 hours later, 4 phone calls, but the "attending Nurse" has not returned our calls.. If anyone has a decent responsive contact with the NCH system - please call us at 239-450-0903

can't get covid-19 test results right to save their lives. Lost tests hundreds of them, wont give any direct answers and is hiding the screw up!! where are the results?
