RecommendedMy mom broke her hip last week. I just happen to fly in the day before from CT. I was in a panic for sure. The hospital staff and Dr Witt took great care of mom. Her room was more of a presidential suite. Very well organized and clean. no hospital smell. I want to thank to the 2 charge nurses who I drove crazy. 5 STARS for sure. I guess since they fired the last CEO things have really turned around at NCH.. Thanks again

Get rid of the politics and improve the nurse to patient ratio. Nurses are overworked and the ones that care burn out fast...but they still carry on.

I was admitted from the emergency room with a fractured thigh. 24 hours later no doctor has seen me and the staff can’t find the dr who was supposedly assigned to me. Do I need a lawyer? This hospital has a lot of issues. Hospitalists is just the beginning. I have yet to meet anyone who would recommend this hospital. Patients are last on their priority list.
