I have been at NCH BAKER DOWN TOWN HOSPITAL for 1 week hospitalized and it is a pleasure for me to share my experience of these days ... the ATTENTION, DEDICATION, COURTESY AND ACTION of all hospital staff during this week could not be better. .., has been THE BEST EXPERIENCE INSIDE A HOSPITAL a ever had I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anybody who is going to need a Hospital to go to NCH BAKER HOSPITAL DOWNTOWN Cause I’m sure your experience is going to be as EXCELLENT as mine was

I went into ER this morning at 0130. Night shift did an awesome job of relieving my pain and finding the source. I was released by 0600. Thank you so much for your service! You all are truly heroes in my eyes.

My mom broke her hip last week. I just happen to fly in the day before from CT. I was in a panic for sure. The hospital staff and Dr Witt took great care of mom. Her room was more of a presidential suite. Very well organized and clean. no hospital smell. I want to thank to the 2 charge nurses who I drove crazy. 5 STARS for sure. I guess since they fired the last CEO things have really turned around at NCH.. Thanks again
