I'm new to the cycling world but their team was SO helpful and approachable. I exclusively shop for all of my bike needs with them because of my previous experiences.
Being in a new state for 5 days now, I'm blown away by the hospitality and quality we have received - one of the owners has been helping us get 6 of our bikes reassembled from moving half across the country and we couldn't be any happier with his "above and beyond" attitude!! I guess the south still exists - Thank you Kyle!! You have definitely gained 2 new customers from Texas!!
Been coming here for the last few months for the Saturday morning shop rides. But coming back into riding after a hiatus my bikes have needed some heavy TLC and the guys at the shop know exactly what they're doing. The prices are great for the quality of service and they're always around for you to ask any questions about new gear or what's going on with your setup. Both my bikes (mtb and road) have had tune ups in house and they both have come back better than when I first bought them.
Incredible service and very patient with a new guy. Kyle gave great advice while my new (used) bike got a tune up. This is definitely the type of business that I love to support!
What a cool bike shop!! Stopped in to check it out... had my old Russian Masi along and they wanted to check it out... popped it up in the work stand and adjusted the derailleurs before could even ask them. It's really fun to meet people that appreciate such classics as my old CCCP Masi. Nice looking store... good selection of stuff for everyone. Nice to meet everyone.
Best shop I've been to. Not only is the staff welcoming and friendly, their group rides are some of the best around and they really support the Charlotte cycling community. Both mountain and road.
