GREAT SHOP for maintenance and repairs. Bought a secondhand bike last year and brought it to another shop to clean up the few issues it had. Half were never fixed to begin with and the other half recurred shortly after the tuneup. Totally different story at NC Velo - everything was done right the first time. The prices for repair services here are slightly higher than some other local shops, but nothing’s more expensive than paying twice for the same repair. I will definitely use these guys exclusively from here on out.
I just bought my new bike from NC Velo and Mizra and Jay were great. They wanted to know my needs before offering any bike in stock; definitely they were not trying to sale me anything, but rather what I needed. Extremely professional and friendly, a family atmosphere!!! BTW, Winston is awesome!!!!!
Great guys! Great Service! Kept me up to date through the whole process. Dropped my bike off and got it back the next day. Will keep bringing my bike back to NC Velo.
The boys know their stuff, best selection of parts & gear. Mirza is the best mechanic around he's been extremely helpful & knowledgable you can learn a lot just by talking to him for 5 minutes. Having tried out every shop there is in the Charlotte area I would say this is the top notch shop.
These guys are awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
