Any dealings with NBR Auto (or any other mechanic you do not personally know) should be in writing prior to ANY service. The owner, Mr. Vescovi, charged us $162 to tow the car about a mile, $90 for an estimate, then he charged $228 as an "Open and Close fee" - something we did not authorize. We only ask for a repair estimate. We did not put this in writing and that was our mistake. Boy did we have to pay for that mistake!
