bad service. Technician can do nothing.
the worst website ever, the worst process ever, the worst call center ever... couuldn't take to a human only automated call center. submitted 3 applications and all what I got, is email to say, the application is withdrawn, without understanding my request. I asked through the contact us form many times to get a call and THEY DON'T call back,... unbelievable.
Useless. NBN keeps closing the case raised by our ISP that we are not getting the speeds we are supposed to. All they say is "check the ethernet cable" even though we established a gazillion times that the cables are Cat 8, have been checked by an ethernet cable tester as working fine, and are brand new. NBN is a joke and I cannot believe our taxes are funding this kind of service.
I tried to remedy a cabling issue a while ago and had no luck. This time I was most fortunate to have my email responded to by Jerry. He was fantastic!! Keeping me up to date with progress, super professional, and actually getting onto the issue. He did another huge favour when he allocated the repair to Anh. Anh rang me from the street to confirm he was at the right house, advised what he was going to do, did it, and then confirmed with photos.
