Can’t even get 1000/1000 networking, gatekeeping fast upload for no reason, New Zealand has better internet. Horrible waste of taxpayer money, can’t even get popular places and cities fully completed.
HORRIFIC BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH. Almost 2 months ago, had a technician attend our property to upgrade the NBN. Told me the only place he could put the box was in our master bedroom. He moved our bedside table and our king bed by himself and when he’s tried to put it back, snapped the bed head of our king bed. We took photos and lodged a complaint immediately that night when we realised it was broken. Service was out for 4 days from Thursday evening - no staff available to fix the issue due to the Easter break and NBN obviously not willing to pay overtime rates to their contractors. Appointment sms is either accept or cancel. To reschedule, you have to call your service provider, when they have nothing to do with the appointment. How they assign the job is wasteful - contractor was at the neighbour's house and as I was home in that window of 8am-12pm I offered that he could look at mine too. Get ready to wait a month for internet. NBN never accepts blame, foisting it onto the provider. Had to change work arrangements and pay for more phone data because of their delayed service.
