Overall, things went smoothly and there were no problems. I would have liked a little more communication on the status of the application and the loan. But, that is minor in the grand scheme of the loan. **** ******* was fantastic and very, very helpful.

We have worked with other mortgage companies and felt like we did all of the work. **** sent us a list of what he needed and stayed on top of the timeline. It took just under 30 to complete the entire process. This is the second time we have refinanced thru **** and we would recommend them to anyone.
