This has been the best refinance experience Ive ever had. *********************** made this process easy and low stress. Great overall experience.
This bank held my Small Business transactions. Unfortunately a vendor oversubmitted my expense, causing my balance to be -33 dollars. The bank, instead of informing me of my negative balance, proceeded with closing my account without my knowledge. This is putting my business back for weeks, as I need a Checking account. This bank is NOT small business friendly and holds NO communication prior to making drastic decisions for situations you aren't in control of. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

One of the best experiences I've had with a refinance. Agent was great to with with. There process was streamlined to make it quick and easy to do online. Only complaint is I should have done it sooner. 100% satisfied with every step. Don't wait! If you're thinking of refinancing do it.
