I have had multiple mortgage loans with NBKC and they are great at customer service.Every question is answered the same day - even on weekends.They keep it simple fo the buyer. Highly recommend NBKC.
After hearing countless stories from friends, with credit in the 800's, having issues closing with the big banks, we set our sight to the ****** Mortgage provider service. All the banks were great, each of the 3 we selected were very professional and responsive. We ultimately chose NBKC and could not be happier. In todays remote online environment, ***** took me through every step of the process as if we were in the same room. Working with sellers, buyers, their representatives, title company, and other entities went very smoothly. I noticed all of this worked just as well, even better than, prior mortgage loans I have gotten face to face.

Extremely positive; refinancing process was much easier than prior banks that we had worked with. Income evidence and other related paperwork collection was automated minimizing what was required of us. We especially appreciated being able to pre-review electronic copies of documentation and sign the vast majority electronically. I would highly recommend NBKC based on our experiences.
