While attentive to customer need and quick response if you plan on conducting business where purchases above $2500.00 regularly is needed this is not the bank for you. I wish I new this before I opened an account. A shame.
The ridiculously long application process should have clued me in but nah, just figured they were being careful. They determined my business address I've used for all mail wasn't a residential address so I had to send additional proof of where I live. Been at the same residence 15 years and business address 21 years. Again no biggie, they're just being careful. not happy to open an account, funded it and the next day get an E-MAIL stating they will close the account in early October 2021
Terrible experience from start to finish.They gave out misinformation, dragged they feet with opening an account, and placed unnecessary long holds on deposits.I guess you get what you pay for; no fee for unprofessional awful service.Stay away, and keep looking!
