I do not recommend working with Cong at NBC Residential. We’ve had to take legal action against a landlord in relation to a property he listed, who withheld our security deposit. Cong and his office have been of no assistance in resolving the matter. When our attorney reviewed the lease contract, they pointed out numerous sections that violate the Texas Property Code specifically concerning security deposits .
