Dr. Rad is one of the most thorough, knowledgeable, talented and diligent doctors that I know. She has a peculiar way of applying objective data to clinical applicability & epitomizes patient care through professional excellence and personal grace. 5 stars isn’t enough for her!
I would never recommend Dr Rad. I had a terrible experience with not only her but her staff. I saw her for my headaches and she recommended an MRI. While waiting for the results she gave me such a scare as to what might be the problem before she even had the results. She was very cold and she did nothing for me. The front desk person was very unprofessional and rude. I especially recall a time that the front desk person called me on a Sunday and asked me for payment. I told Dr. Rad I wanted help with balance challengesand also my 10-year long neuropathy. I gave her test results from a previous neurologist. She insisted I need three repeat, expensive tests. One in her office was painful. In her third and last visit with me, she stood at the door and told me this: "You need to see a spine surgeon for your balance problems. Dr. Rad takes care of my mom. She is excellent, patient, and kind. Dr. Rad answers all of our questions, sets us up with whatever scans/medicine/vitamins She needs. She is the BEST neurologist we've seen, and we've seen a lot! I recommend her highly!
