This rehab is awesome. Very organized and caring. Food is also good.
My brother, Desmond Saling, was treated with love and kindness. I wold recommend ths faciliy to anyone. They treated everyone lke fmily. Iwill tuly miss everyoe there.

My mother spent 2 weeks at the Nazareth Home for Rehab after a total hip replacement. Her stay was wonderful the staff took excellect care of her and attended to all of her needs expeditiously with kindness. I was especially pleased with the care she received. Spent 2 weeks here for rehab after a fall breaking my rt ankle and lt knee. I can't say enough good things....the staff,therapists, food and facility were all top notch. So glad they had a room for me. I believe they made all the difference in the world as far as my recovery is concerned! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rehab or long term care facility
I did two visits to Nazareth Home, one for left knee replacement and another visit for the right. Everyone there is like family. they care and the PT department rocks. They got me on my feet and at times there were things I did not think possible as far as stretching, etc. but you would be amazed what you CAN do with the help of PT I would highly recommend NH for any type of Physical Therapy!
