This is the ONLY place I would entrust my sister. The care and compassion is second to none. Thank you for all you do for so many people.
I had knee replacement 5 yrs ago. I went there for rehab. Last year I had my second replacement. I went back. The rooms are nice, the food is great, the staff is tremendous. I did my physical therapy there too. Dustin, Anna and Kasey are the best. I recommend them to everyone for exceptional care.
Wonderful place. Mom is doing well there so happy she got in there. Staff are great. Love them.
It is one of the best facilities so far i have worked at.Staff is so caring.an friendly.So clean.
I had to have a total knee replacement and I am not in a position to have done my recuperation at home after my surgery so one of the assistance at the doctors office recommended I try Nazareth for my rehabilitation to go straight to rehab from the hospital and it was the best move I ever made I love the people that work here,The cleanliness the wonderful people that took care of me and no one ever complained if I push that button three or 300 times a day someone came right away I highly recommend it
