I came across Nay's on Instagram and scheduled my first appointment on May 1st. I've been absolutely impressed ever since! Her shop is not only clean but also beautifully cozy and inviting. She takes the time to explain each step of her process and is very gentle, especially when it comes to waxing. By my third visit, I tried the eyebrow lamination, and I’ve never seen my eyebrows look better. It’s truly been such a wonderful experience!

Nay was so professional,walked me thru the process , and made the process painless as possible with good conversation to take your mind off about what about to come lol she did a excellent job ,very clean and I love her oil and exfoliating cream for aftercare. I highly recommend her service !!!
