We had a great experience with Dr. Naylor and his team. I took my daughter in for a wisdom teeth checkup, and from the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. Dr. Naylor took the time to explain everything clearly and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the visit. The office runs smoothly, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel at ease. We’re very happy we found them and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Dr. Naylor and his team.

I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I scheduled a new patient cleaning appointment two months in advance and provided my insurance information at that time. At no point was I informed that my insurance was not accepted. To be told just two days before my appointment that you “just checked” and do not take my insurance is completely unacceptable.
