I have been a patient for 25 years and cannot emphasize enough how caring and talented they all are. Dr Spanyer is the absolute best!! The most caring, the kindest most humble Dr! He knows what he is doing with knees and hips!! I give him 10 stars!! You will love him!
Dr Spanyer has given excellent care for both of my hip surgeries. I am so thankful for his life changing surgerical skills that have so very much improved my quality of life. The after surgery care provided by Dr Spanyer and the great team he has assembled has been exceptional!!! I highly recommend him to anyone needing hip surgery.

Dr. Spanyer is a knowledgeable and professional doctor who takes interest in his patients. I am very blessed to have had him replace both my knees, including my right knee that was not up to par from a previous surgery by another “doctor”. Dr. Spanyer is top notch and I highly recommend him.
Dr Nayak has great personality and thanks to him I now have new knee that is working better than my original. Lot of therapy and therapy at home is a must. I can't say enough positive about Dr Nayak thanks to him I'm on the road to more mobility and less pain walking! At 6 weeks post op my range of motion was 0 -133° I'm very happy with the out come!
