Zach came out & fixed our refrigerator a couple weeks ago. He was on time, personable & very professional. He spent time to explain everything to my husband & they even discussed an issue with our stove. We have referred 3 other friends to them since who have also been pleased. Nola Appliance Repair will be our go to for all future appliance issues and we will continue to recommend everyone we know to them.
My husband and I call Nola Appliance for all our appliance repairs. Zach is fair and honest. He gets the job done in a timely manner and his prices are fair. Before thinking who will repair your next appliance stop and call Nola Appliance.
Horrible missed 2 service calls with no explanation and has since blocked me and my husband's cellphone numbers. They were supposed to come out to fix a part that they put in. **UPDATE** I was finally contacted by the owner whom explained every thing to me. Long story short my fridge is fixed and warranty is extended!!
The repairman came out and replaced what I assumed what was wrong with my mothers dryer. After replacing the part, the dryer still wouldn’t start. After diagnosing the issue he said he would return and replace the relay the next day. Wednesday arrived and he called and said the part wasn’t available but, he would be able to arrive the day after Thanksgiving, Friday morning. Update to my previous review: Zach contacted me after he had missed the appointment time to let me know that a family emergency came up and he did not have access to his phone. He was very honest and sincere about missing the appointment, which I appreciated. He came out at the next first available appointment time, did not charge us the initial service fee, and was able to fix our washing machine. A previous repair person had told us that the problem was the control panel and that we would have to replace our washer. Zach c... read more

HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!! Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Make sure you let ZACK know cause he won't be happy if he has to come out by himself and find out all the things he should have asked before hand. He may be LATE and get an ATTITUDE with you. When you call him he may even say he's thru discussing it and HANG UP IN YOUR FACE . IJS GOOD IDEA FOR A BUSINESS BUT WRONG ATTITUDE FOR THE ENVIORNMENT. ESPECIALLY DEALING WITH WOMEN IJS!!!!!!!!!!
