I highly recommend NOLA appliance. After a disappointing exchange with my previous local appliance repair company, I needed a new company. Zach was available immediately, on time, and budget friendly. Not only did he fix a reoccurring issue with my washer, but he found a burning wire fire hazard which the *previous company* had lazily rigged up instead of just replacing like they should have. I’ve had Zach out 4 different times for 4 different appliances, and I couldn’t be more pleased! He has always diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it without issue during the same visit, usually very quickly. And I don’t think I’ve ever paid more than $100! I would recommend him to everyone.

I do not recommend. Zack is a nice guy and I thought he did good work, but a week ago he came out and said the replacement part he installed on my washer two months ago was defective, and that he would bring back a new part and repair it in a day or two. It has been over a week now and he won't answer my calls or give me any updated status.

Zach was supposed to replace the timer on our washing machine. He came to take a look and told us it would be in five days later. We didn’t hear anything and gave him a call seven days later -he said he was expecting it that day. It has now been TWENTY EIGHT DAYS and no one will return our calls or messages. Parts and labor were pre-paid, so it looks like we got ripped off. Would not recommend this company.

Zach is the best! He has been out to help my parents with multiple appliances and saved the day multiple times for them. He is personable and can even keep my father entertained while he’s doing his job which says a lot. I know one day I’ll have an appliance that needs his service and I’ll call no one else. Thank you!

Gave the owner an appliance free of cost but asked he take a look at a microwave and hook up a dryer which took all of 2 minutes. He did and told me he would order the part for the microwave and could install which I agreed to pay for. A year or so passes and I never heard back life got in the way and I bought another microwave but that one went out and I really needed the one he looked at first. I sent multiple messages and he agreed he would come out and look since he had forgotten what the problem was. Never heard from hi... read more

This is the worst company ever, they don't return calls or never reply to your emails.... One of their workers came to fix our refrigerator 2 weeks ago and was suppose to come again to install a piece, saying it would be the next couple days, its been 2 weeks already...I have called and emails them and no answer...so people don't waste your money on this fake company.
