She may be a good doctor but I wouldn’t know because after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting PAST my appointment time I finally left. This should be considered unacceptable. Just because she is the doctor and I am the patient doesn’t mean my time isn’t as valuable as hers. I wouldn’t dare show up to an appointment over an hour late! I bet if I did I’d be turned away too! Unbelievable!
My experience with the Psychiatrist was good. However this is the second time I have tried calling them to schedule an appointment and no one answers and they don't call back for weeks, leaving me to scramble to find a way to get my child's prescription. The first time, they finally answered emails I sent, but this time I have not received any response. I will not be going back to this psychiatrist.
