If you have to wait for a rep expect to be in the waiting area for about an hour. They move at a snails pace and don't care how many people are waiting for them.
The better of the NFCU's, but, .., NFCU's customer service is the worst. Wait times, hassle, ... very frustrating!
If u don't want waiting in line for the next teller this is the place to be.
