Navy Federal offered me an insurance on my credit card for almost $18 dollars a month over a year ago that I never qualified for. For over a year I have been paying $18 a month and when I filed a claim the insurance company said I never qualified for this insurance so call Navy Federal for a refund. I called and they said they had a phone recording where I said I qualified but they won't let me hear them.
