This bank is so slow...after waiting an hour..get to the window and the dam systems shut down!!! I'm looking for another bank..
I love NFCU in general, but the branch experience is getting horrible. It's just entirely too crowded all the time. There is never a time that the lines aren't out the door and it's an hour wait. Not enough branches, not enough tellers in the branches.
Nothing more upsetting than driving 30 mins out your way at 1130pm to make a deposit to find out the ONLY ATMs for #NAVYFCU to be down for maintenance and the customer service rep couldn't provide me with an estimated time of the ATMs coming back online. We need a branch in West Ashley.
Wait time too too long. They need another branch. Having only 2 branches is not enough. The also need one in west Ashley. They need to do something!
Hour wait for three minute card print. People who arrived after me leaving before me. Why do I need to state my secret code word when I'm standing in front of you with an ID? Never opt to pick up card at branch! My advice- always opt for the expedited shipping. This branch sucks. They know it. Continually apologize. They expect it to improve when two other branches open. I doubt it.
Its always so crowded..seems like they dont have enough staff or they need to open another location.
