I give things particular branch a 3.7 out of 5 star rating. The atms are always giving me problems such as not being able to accept checks and/or cash. Last night was no exception. For the first time ever, an atm took my cash and did not deposit it into my account. It took minutes for it to let go of my card and I had to file a claim for my cash. I recommend to always work with a live person, at least at this location.
I love this bank I just wish they had more tellers 😩
Well today I had the pleasure of visiting the Navy Federal credit Union on Rivers Ave. My first time in the branch. My wait was lengthy but I did not mind at all. After meeting with the most amazing employee, I think in that branch, Mrs. Linda Lane!!! It's like when we first introduced our self, we were instantly connected. My first trip there as I live 90 miles away, very professional Spencer checked on the things I needed done and solved everything, still need a NFCU hat !
