Horrible experience. The woman PA either was dishonest or incompetent. Didn't know side effects of treatment options or care I took a day off work and drove four hour to get there. IMS is covered by BS/BS, I don't know why. I have returned to my previous pain clinic where I am treated with compassion and respect. I would rather pay out of pocket to see a qualified physician.
I found this Doctor to be down to earth and very nice and very articulate when explaining what he would perform as I had fallen and he gave me trigger injections in my mid-back. He is one of a few Doctors I have been to in the Phoenix, Az. area that seemed Nice and genuinely interested in my well being!
Worst experience of my life. I recently lost my job and had to take a less paying one to support my family. When I was offered OT I had to take it to make ends meet, causing me to have to reschedule my appoint. I still met the requirements of being seen but he wouldn't work with me. I explained my situation, they didn't care that I was about to lose my house. Because my pain didnt show up on an MRI they did no injections or anything else. They called me a drug addict and showed me the door
