I've been a patient of Dr. Tung for three years and thought he was treating my chronic pain. The last appt. he told me he "feels like I'm not treating your pain management. I'm treating your opioid addiction." I wanted off the pain meds when I first saw him but he stopped at my currant level. I thought I was stable but now ? Why would he wait three YEARS and then tell me he thinks I'm just a junkie wanting a fix? He also basically called me fat and lectured me on needing goals. I have been treated by Dr. Tung for about a year now and have had no issues with him or his staff. I find them all to be very polite, pleasant and easy to answer any of my questions or concerns. Dr. Tung provides caring & professional service.

He was nice but allows his office manager to treat his patients rudely and disrespectful and does nothing.

Dr Tung not the least bit interested in helping someone in pain. I was treated so poorly and felt like I was just a co pay and nothing else. I canceled my second appointment and looking for someone else.

My experience was unbelievably bad. I was referred to Dr Tung by my PCP. I wish I had read the above reviews before I went there. He is rude, rude, rude. Does NOT listen. Talks over you constantly. He told me there is nothing he can do for my fibromyalgia and migraine pain because I've been given Hydrocodone for relief. Then proceeded to refer to me as an addict several times. Wow! This dr n his staff are very rude n treated me as a patient and my husband as a patient very rude. I don’t understand how he calls him self a dr I don’t recommend any want to go there and I will never go there again even if he was the last pain management left.

If I could give Dr. Tung a zero, I would!!! I waited close to an hour in his office before I was called in to be seen for maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Tung did NO tests on my except to poke me in the back and say, "Does this hurt?" He did not listen to anything I told him or the things my PT had recommended. I feel cheated out of my insurance money and the time I wasted in his office. Zero stars!!

This man needs to lose his license over how he treats people. He talked down to me the entire appointment and lost his temper at one point in front of my 7 year old son. We both felt very unsafe in his office and my son was crying as we left asking me why the man acted like that. I have a Ph.D. in the medical field and have never witnessed such abhorrent behavior. If he treats a well educated upstanding citizen this poor, I can only imagine how those in less fortunate circumstances fair.

Dr. in a hurry always. Dr. listens to u but, only address what he wants. Give u medicine then says come back, come back. Medicine made by blood pressure spike up and I called them and even drove over there for help and I was told NO appointments available for a month. They told me to go to family dr or emergency room. The office staff is the worst non caring staff I have every seen. Ann the women you see instead of dr is the worst - she was very rude, cocky, non caring, in a hurry
