Nice ppl and good at the beginning but they left me high and dry once they handed my shipment off to FedEx. The salesperson was very responsive and they did a good job picking up and palletizing my shipment from the USA to Spain. However, they did not give me any information about what forms Spanish Customs would require to release my shipment - surely they would know this information since they ship to Spain regularly. Justin and Hiram did excellent job for picking stuffs from our office. They took every photo and label those, then wrapped very well to protect our equipment with no damage. I really appreciated your company's service. Thank you very much!!!!

I had two very precious, large marble tabletops that needed crating. From start to finish all the details were handled perfectly and everyone I worked with was responsive and professional. I refer anyone who needs to pack and ship large items to go to Navis.

They shipped high performance speakers in their original decorative boxes, not ever to be shipped this. No double boxing with form or heavy corrugated boxes to withstand tight strapping. And now ‘thinking’ it they want to pay for the damaged item and not proving the pictures they took when receiving the items nor the final shipping pictures.
