No time for braces patients I would NOT recommend that anyone goes here for braces because they only see orthodonture patients on FRIDAYS. It has been a nightmare trying to get appointments/or reschedule appointments for teenagers who are busy with school and after-school activities.
Your First and Only Dentist Choice! My experience started on their website and only got better from there. Krystal and Nicole (I hope I spelled their names right) were so friendly and inviting that my fears were immediately calmed. The office has all the specialties I needed and the choices of dentists is amazing (I checked their credentials online) I needed all my teeth xrayed since it had been a while and they also took digital photos of all my teeth (the photos were free! and boy did they make it clear for me). HORRIBLE Horrible, the worst facility I have ever used service from, and Iam not a picky person. I don't like to complain, some of the people are really nice, but I had a horrible experience, had a routh canal that had to be redone and had to go back 4 times for another tooth. I do not recomend to anyone.
iSmile Dental Associates is NO GOOD I work at a dentist office in Salem and one in Marblehead and a lot of our new patients come from ISmile and they all or most need their work redone due to bad judgement calls. This practice is not run by dentists it run by a business man.
iSmile Dental is inconsistant on how they feel about sedation therapy Explained I was afraid and was told ,no problem , we want to make you comfortable and will use sedation therapy. Now after initial usage of the sedation- when anything needs to be done, there first reaction is- O, yes you are the one that has to have sedation. My tension is now greater and if I did not owe them so much money for the first part of my treatment I would not go there again.
Priti Amlani DMD I have always been terrified of dentists till I met Dr Amlani. After my first visit, I knew I would no longer be afraid. She explained all my options and told me exactly what to expect.Her gentleness and kindness reassured me that I could trust her. I can honestly say that through the entire procedure, I did not feel any pain. If I had had her as a dentist when I was a child I would never have had this fear of dentists. My teeth look so good now, I smile all the time.
Dr. M is the best! I was admiring my friend??s teeth and remembered that she HATES going to the Dentist so I asked her where she was going. She told me about Dr. McDuffee at iSmile so I decided to check it out since I needed a Dentist myself. I figured it had to be good if she would finally go herself! Stress-Free Dentistry I don??t like change. I have had the same Dentist for 25 years and then I had to move so I couldn??t go there anymore. A friend of mine told me about iSmile in the Northshore Mall. I figured I couldn??t go wrong if it was already in one of my favorite places to go ?? the mall! Great dental experience The location is great, within the North Shore Mall so it's convenient to complete one's shopping while waiting for a child to complete their dental work. The reception area is inviting and the front desk staff are very courteous. The doctors are very professional. They work as a team which impressed me since I feel I benefit by having more than one dentist to review my needs.
