PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I was a patient here for many years (15 or so) and through several buy outs. The doctor's make very bad judgments here and if you decide to go, make sure you second guess EVERYTHING. This place is a JOKE. No wonder why they've gone under so many management changes. A Dentist Recommends!! Since I am a dentist myself - I was looking for a top office in the area to have my own treatment done. The hygienists here have years of experience - 2 of them have been hygienists for over 20 yrs. - and that is in this same office! The Endodontist is an instructor at Harvard Dental School and uses a microscope - so I suspect a couple of these reviews were not written by real patients - I know him personally and he is one of the finest in the Boston area. Thank you iSmile! Dr. Slesnick is the gentlest Dentist I have ever been to. I had never been to him before and was a bit nervous to try a new Dentist. He was very patient and took his time explaining what he was doing and what he was looking at. I am usually very nervous in a dentists chair anyway but Dr. Slesnick made me feel very relaxed. I also liked his assistant Kerri very much. I would recommend this office and Dr. Slesnick to anyone who wanted a gentle and pleasant experience!
Dr. M is the best! I was admiring my friendâs teeth and remembered that she HATES going to the Dentist so I asked her where she was going. Stress-Free Dentistry I donât like change. I have had the same Dentist for 25 years and then I had to move so I couldnât go there anymore. iSmile Dental Associates is NO GOOD I work at a dentist office in Salem and one in Marblehead and a lot of our new patients come from ISmile and they all or most need their work redone due to bad judgement calls. This practice is not run by dentists it run by a business man.

She explained all my options and told me exactly what to expect.Her gentleness and kindness reassured me that I could trust her. I can honestly say that through the entire procedure, I did not feel any pain. If I had had her as a dentist when I was a child I would never have had this fear of dentists. Dr. McDuffe and iSmile have it ALL in one place I am new to the area and needed a Dentist. Great dental experience The location is great, within the North Shore Mall so it's convenient to complete one's shopping while waiting for a child to complete their dental work. The reception area is inviting and the front desk staff are very courteous. The doctors are very professional. They work as a team which impressed me since I feel I benefit by having more than one dentist to review my needs.
