The front staff told me my insurance is accepted by there office. Well it’s not. I end up with a invoice in the 4 figures. Sad part is nothing was done to help the back pain.

Didn’t listen. Intake not done correctly. His assistants gave him the intake, then he argued with me over my past procedures. You had this, I tried to explain that I didn’t. It was amazing how much he didn’t care

When I came in Dr Patel’s office I was in a wheelchair in excruciating pain from a fractured sacrum. My husband & I immediately liked his down to earth, compassionate attitude. Dr Patel was confident & determined that he could help me. I trusted him to do what he thought best and that was nerve ablation on my lower back. First , I have never seen such a pumping of high star comments which obviously was/were performed by marketing individual (see their web page) / Second, Once the poster of their new office improvements was displayed everything became about the money. I was constantlantly harrassed to the point of exhaustion to get injections which was clearly stated by my oncologist NO STEROIDS . Next surgery to burn nerve endings was on the $$$ train.
