Dr Jassal and the medical staff are wonderful but, whoever is supposed to get the voicemails and call you back is the absolute worst because they never call you back! They should be fired! You have to go there in person to talk to anyone! The office number always go to voicemail, you don't get a person, and they NEVER CALL BACK!
They really do listen, help fix, suggest, or refer, whatever the case may be. I talk to my friends, family, or whomever asks about my pain management or procedures and I refer to here.
Office staff and Dr. Epting are relaxed and friendly.
Had Superion implants in L3-L4, and L4-L5. Dr. Jassal took the time to explain the procedure and explained it step by step. Dr. Jassal told me what to expect and never lied to me about anything. My surgery was a success and Dr. Jassal is a very caring doctor. There should be more doctors like him!
