I appreciate the doctors making appointments available for sick children, even if it means overbooking and longer wait time, my child will be seen that day. Thank you.

Love Dr. Mousa! She's very sweet and knows what shes talking about. All the staff is sweet and caring and I never have to wait more than 5 min in the waiting room when when have an appointment.

Worst place I have ever been. If I could rate them lower I would. You sit in the waiting room for over an hour every time and about another 30 minutes in the room. See the doctor for less than 5 minutes. They don't listen to parents considers at all. We had been for the same thing multiply times. The final straw was when I asked the front desk how longer and she was rude and said she didn't know and laugh about and look at the person next to her say what does she want me do about. My adopted daughter has been going here from day one, she is now almost 10. We've had only good experiences. Also we've ran into her doctor in public several times and she always speaks to us and is so personable. We love her and no plans to change. To set the record straight, she does care and she knows a lot more than us parents do

El Goweni, Heba is a bad pediatrician i took my son there with some concerns befor school started and she brushed them off and ignored them she told us to get something from the school for her we did that and even with a 9 page report from my son's school she still ignored and dismissed the concerns saying she may need to do some test's she has no interest in help my child and when i simply told her that i did not agree with what she was saying she was quick to dismiss my son from her practice without a second guess no discu... read more
