All three of my kids go here and have always had very professional, kind service. The doctors always remember my kids names and conditions. And I love that they are always able to work them in when they are sick or hurt.
They've called in prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy twice. Once to Walgreens in Pace and once to Hurlburt (we use CVS in Navarre). When I found out the pharmacy was out of the most recent RX, I called to request a new medication which could be filled immediately because my son needs it sooner rather than later. I was told my doctor was out of the office until TWO DAYS LATER and the doctor in the office "may not do it because they like to keep patients separate." so i make an appointment with there office after my son almost died in the hospital and needed a referal tp see a specialists which my son was a previous patient of theirs years back and she makes the appointment and then calls mr back and says they cant take my son bc we live in another County quoted "we have to draw the line somewhere " talking about they cant accept our insirance bc we live in another county. Are you kidding me? my child who is very sick needs only a refer all to see a specialist!!! What a piece of garbag... read more
The staff is more likely to service your spouse than your child. Breaks the HIPPA laws and disregards work place morality. The staff was completely rude, my son was removed from this office due to one of the staff members sleeping with my husband, and disrespecting me on multiple occasions. Nothing bad to say about the doctors but they really need to reinforce the code of conduct.
